That It Should Come To This!

This year, I had the honor of animating the outro to Midsummer Night Toon 3. The show included films by talents Al Pardo, Joe Capabianca, Mike Carlo, Chrissy Fellmeth, Zach Bellissimo, Mirella Toncheva, Gary Doodles, Zack Scheer, and Matt Lee. I can't wait for next year's show! Special thanks goes to Matt Lee, Mike Carlo, Al Pardo, and Tonefarmer.

Guard Dog Global Jam

A slew of talented animators are getting a chance to animate specific scenes from Bill Plympton's wonderful 2004 short "Guard Dog". Here is the progression of what I have so far. The finished product goes to Bill. Guard Dog © of Bill Plympton. Special thanks to Jessica Bayliss for informing me of this wonderful collaboration.

All This And Cartoon Brew

Well, I had a very surprising morning. I just found out "Wright Meat" was put up on Jerry Beck and Amid Amidi's blog Cartoon Brew http://www.cartoonbrew.com/. My good friend Felicia Spano sent it to them. What an honor to be featured on a blog by great animation historians! The guys who bust their butts to bring our classics to DVD as well as fill our heads with animation knowledge! Visit cartoon brew as well as Felicia's youtube site!

Last Update

This is the last update you'll get to see! You'll have to wait till next month!

Porcupine and Adios Augenblick

Last Tuesday was my last day at the prestigious Augenblick Studio. I was so happy I got the oppurtunity to intern on the upcoming "Super Jail" for Adult Swim. If you've seen the pilot episode, you will not be disappointed. Super Jail was such an exhilarating experience for me and I enjoyed every minute of it. Augenblick is like a modern day termite Terrace, except with cintiqs. I hope to come back again someday. If anyone from Augenblick is reading this, thanks for everything! (sniffle)

Just Some Stuff

Drawings while I was at animation block party.

Key animation of something I doing in my spare time.
